Are you experiencing or have survived abuse and need help accessing affordable housing? Join Nellie’s for a free online information session on the Special Priority Policy (SPP), presented by Michelle Choe, Lawyer at Don Valley Community Legal Services.
The Special Priority Policy helps survivors of abuse gain faster access to Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) housing. This session will explain the application process, eligibility, and your rights—empowering you with the knowledge needed to navigate the housing system safely.
This webinar is open to all women and gender-diverse individuals, as well as nonprofit staff supporting survivors of abuse.
(Women signifies anyone who self-identifies as female, femme, and/or woman, including transwomen, cisgender women, and non-binary individuals who identify as femme or female-presenting.)
