Intake Line

If you are seeking legal information or legal advice, an affidavit or notarial true copy, please call our Intake Line at 416-441-1764 ext. 1. Due to the high volume of calls we receive, you will be asked to leave a message. Our Intake Team will call you back within 24 business hours.

We also have an online Intake Form available.

We do not take walk-ins.

Our Intake Line and online Intake Form are available:

  • Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Friday mornings from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm

*We are closed during the lunch hour from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
**We are also closed on weekends and statutory holidays

We Moved!

We are no longer located at 1 Leaside Park Drive. We will not have a fixed office in the Thorncliffe Park community from August to December 2024.

Please call our Intake Line at 416-441-1764 ext. 1 to contact us. We do not take walk-ins.

We are still able to meet with clients by appointment when needed. We can meet with clients virtually, on the phone, at our satellite office located inside the Ralph Thornton Community Centre (765 Queen St. East, Mezzanine Level), or by booking space at another community agency. Please speak with your caseworker if you require an in person appointment.

In the 2024-25 winter, we will be moving into the new Thorncliffe Park Community Hub located at 45 Overlea Blvd (inside the East York Town Centre). Please check our website for future updates.

Satellite Office

We can meet with existing clients by appointment at our satellite office in the Ralph Thornton Community Centre located at 765 Queen Street East (near Broadview Ave and Queen Street East). Our office is on the Mezzanine level. Please call our Intake Line at 416-441-1764 ext. 1 to make an appointment first. We do not take walk-ins.

Don Valley Community Legal Services is committed to providing a work environment in which all our staff are free from workplace harassment and violence, and treated with respect and dignity. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour towards or in the presence of our staff, and we reserve the right to immediately deny service if our policy is violated.
