Don Valley Community Legal Services supports the Metro Toronto Family Law Services funded by Legal Aid Ontario. A Legal Aid lawyer can provide family law services to financially eligible low income clients. To book an appointment, please call 416-696-2992. Interpretation service is available.

Family Senior Counsel (FSC) program
The Family Senior Counsel (FSC) program is a new certificate-based initiative by Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) aimed at improving access to justice for family law and child protection clients. This program prioritizes helping vulnerable clients who face challenges accessing legal services through traditional means. To qualify, clients must be legally and financially eligible for a legal aid certificate. Referrals directly by phone or email to:
