Call for Board Nominations!
We’re looking for candidates to join our volunteer Board of Directors
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a member of DVCLS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must live or work within our catchment area
- Commitment to attend Board meetings throughout the year and actively participate on the Board and subcommittees
Our Board members are people who work or live in the communities we serve. They are elected from our general membership at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. They volunteer 5 to 6 hours each month to attend meetings and work on projects. The Board oversees the administration and policies of the clinic and guides staff on issues of importance to the various communities within our catchment area.
We need Board members with different skills, from different communities within our catchment area, as well as those who have used our services before

Our Annual General Meeting is taking place October 9th.
